The following terms apply to enquiries and bookings for weddings, social events, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, celebrations, day outings and other events at Lore Resorts & Conventions.

Event Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Event spaces, rooms, packages and services are subject to availability. An event will be considered confirmed only upon written confirmation by Lore Resorts & Conventions and receipt of the applicable advance/payment as specified in the event proposal or agreement.

Pricing & Services

Event pricing may vary depending on the event date, number of guests, venue selected, accommodation requirements, food and beverage package, décor, additional services and other requirements.

Only the facilities, services and inclusions specifically mentioned in the confirmed proposal or agreement will form part of the event package. Additional requirements requested after confirmation may be charged separately.

Guest Count & Event Requirements

Final guest count, menus, venue requirements, room requirements, event timings and other operational details must be confirmed within the timelines communicated by the Resort.

Any material change to the event requirements will be subject to availability and may result in revised charges.

Outside Vendors, Food & Beverages

Outside vendors, decorators, entertainment providers, food, beverages and other third-party services are subject to prior approval by Lore Resorts & Conventions and any applicable Resort rules.

Damage & Conduct

The booking party will be responsible for damage caused to Resort property by its guests, invitees, vendors or contractors, subject to the terms of the applicable event agreement.

Guests and vendors must comply with Resort safety, security and operational requirements.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, advance-payment adjustment and refund conditions for events will be governed by the specific proposal, booking confirmation or event agreement accepted at the time of booking.

Room-booking cancellation terms displayed on the website do not automatically apply to weddings, banquets, corporate events or other event bookings.

Final Agreement

Where an event-specific proposal, contract or agreement has been executed, the terms contained in that document will prevail for that event.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Lore Resorts & Conventions welcomes pets in designated pet-friendly accommodation, subject to prior declaration, availability and confirmation by the Resort. Guests travelling with pets must inform the Resort at the time of booking. Pets must remain under the owner's supervision and control, and guests are responsible for their pet's behaviour, cleanliness and any applicable damage or additional cleaning costs. Pet access to restaurants, swimming pools, event spaces and other common facilities is subject to designated Resort rules. Applicable pet charges, deposits and eligible room categories, where any, will be communicated before confirmation.

Outside Food & Beverages

To maintain food safety, hygiene and service standards, outside food and beverages, including external food-delivery orders, are generally not permitted within Resort premises without prior approval from authorised Resort management. Guests with medical, infant-feeding, allergy-related, religious or other special dietary requirements are requested to inform the Resort in advance so that suitable arrangements or exceptions may be considered. Outside alcoholic beverages are subject to prior approval, applicable laws and Resort licensing requirements.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol are permitted only in accordance with applicable law and the Resort's designated areas and operating policies.

Safety & Conduct

Guests are requested to follow Resort safety instructions, swimming pool and activity rules, fire-safety requirements and reasonable directions from authorised Resort personnel.
