At Lore Resorts and Conventions, our rooms are designed to offer refined comfort and tranquility. To ensure a harmonious stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following: - Rooms are subject to the maximum occupancy specified. Additional guests or extra bedding may be arranged with prior approval at an additional charge of ₹2,000 per bed, per night, plus applicable taxes. Children may share the bed with parents as per hotel policy - All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. - Guests are requested to maintain considerate noise levels, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties or disruptive behavior are not permitted. - Visitor access is limited to public areas only, unless approved by the Front Office with valid identification. - Guests are requested to treat all furnishings and amenities with care. Any damage, loss, or missing items may be charged accordingly. - For your safety, please secure your room when leaving and use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel cannot be held responsible for unattended belongings. - Cooking or the use of external electrical or heating appliances is not permitted. - Pets are not permitted unless the property is officially designated as pet-friendly. - Any unlawful activity will result in immediate action, including eviction and legal proceedings, as required. - The management of Lore Resorts and Conventions reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure guest comfort and safety. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

All events must adhere to the approved guest capacity for the selected venue.
Venue layouts, décor themes, and timings must be finalised and approved in advance.
Use of fireworks, open flames, or special effects is subject to resort approval and local regulations.
Noise levels must comply with local laws and resort policies, especially after designated evening hours.
Any damage to property, landscaping, or fixtures will be chargeable to the client.
Outside vendors are permitted only with prior approval from the management.
Event start and end times must be strictly adhered to.
The resort reserves the right to stop any activity that compromises guest safety or property standards.
Alcohol service must comply with excise regulations and resort policy.
Management reserves the right of admission and final decision on all operational matters.

Room Booking Terms & Conditions

For reservations made directly with Lore Resorts & Conventions, including through the official website.

Reservations & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability.
A reservation is confirmed only after confirmation by the Resort and receipt of the required payment or deposit.
Rates, inclusions, occupancy limits, taxes and applicable charges will be as displayed at the time of booking.
Guests are requested to verify their booking dates, room category, number of guests, inclusions and payment details before completing the reservation.
Additional services or facilities not included in the confirmed package will be charged separately.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in. Foreign nationals must provide the documents required under applicable Indian law.

Occupancy & Children

Room occupancy must remain within the occupancy limit specified for the booked room category. Extra guests, extra beds or additional occupancy may attract applicable charges.

Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or lawful guardian.

Guest Conduct & Property

Guests are expected to comply with Resort safety requirements and reasonable instructions issued by authorised Resort staff.

Guests may be charged for damage to Resort property beyond normal wear and tear.

Illegal activities, harassment, abusive behaviour, unsafe conduct or significant disturbance to other guests may result in appropriate action by Resort management.

Resort Facilities

Resort facilities, activities and services may be subject to operating hours, maintenance, weather conditions, availability, safety requirements and additional charges. Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the Resort.

Payments

Online payments may be processed through PayU or the payment provider displayed during checkout. If an amount is debited but the booking is not confirmed, guests should contact the Resort with the transaction reference, booking details, date and amount.

Force Majeure

Lore Resorts & Conventions shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or inability to provide certain services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Applicable Terms

The cancellation conditions applicable to a reservation will be displayed before payment and/or stated in the booking confirmation. The terms applicable to a confirmed reservation will be those accepted at the time of booking, subject to applicable law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Direct Room Bookings

This policy applies to room reservations made directly through the official Lore Resorts & Conventions website, unless different cancellation conditions are clearly displayed for the selected rate or package before payment.

Free Cancellation

Room reservations cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time are eligible for a 100% refund of the eligible booking amount.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time will attract a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking amount, and no refund will be payable, except where otherwise required by law or approved by authorised Resort management.

No-Show

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without cancellation in accordance with the applicable terms will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the applicable booking amount may be charged.

Non-Refundable & Promotional Rates

Certain promotional rates, special-event packages, discounted offers or advance-purchase reservations may be non-refundable or subject to different cancellation conditions. Such conditions will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation and payment.

Date Changes

Requests for changes to booking dates, room category or number of guests are subject to availability and the applicable rates and charges at the time of modification.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, Lore Resorts & Conventions will initiate the refund within 7 working days after confirming eligibility.

Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to reflect in the guest's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

Where payment has been debited but a booking has not been successfully confirmed, or where a duplicate transaction has occurred, guests may contact the Resort with the relevant transaction details for verification and resolution.

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through online travel agencies or third-party booking partners are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions applicable on the respective platform.

Pet, Food & Resort Guidelines

Pet-Friendly Stays

Lore Resorts & Conventions welcomes pets in designated pet-friendly accommodation, subject to prior declaration, availability and confirmation by the Resort. Guests travelling with pets must inform the Resort at the time of booking. Pets must remain under the owner's supervision and control, and guests are responsible for their pet's behaviour, cleanliness and any applicable damage or additional cleaning costs. Pet access to restaurants, swimming pools, event spaces and other common facilities is subject to designated Resort rules. Applicable pet charges, deposits and eligible room categories, where any, will be communicated before confirmation.

Outside Food & Beverages

To maintain food safety, hygiene and service standards, outside food and beverages, including external food-delivery orders, are generally not permitted within Resort premises without prior approval from authorised Resort management. Guests with medical, infant-feeding, allergy-related, religious or other special dietary requirements are requested to inform the Resort in advance so that suitable arrangements or exceptions may be considered. Outside alcoholic beverages are subject to prior approval, applicable laws and Resort licensing requirements.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol are permitted only in accordance with applicable law and the Resort's designated areas and operating policies.

Guests are requested to follow Resort safety instructions, swimming pool and activity rules, fire-safety requirements and reasonable directions from authorised Resort personnel.
