Guests are expected to comply with Resort safety requirements and reasonable instructions issued by authorised Resort staff.
Guests may be charged for damage to Resort property beyond normal wear and tear.
Illegal activities, harassment, abusive behaviour, unsafe conduct or significant disturbance to other guests may result in appropriate action by Resort management.
Resort facilities, activities and services may be subject to operating hours, maintenance, weather conditions, availability, safety requirements and additional charges. Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the Resort.
Online payments may be processed through PayU or the payment provider displayed during checkout. If an amount is debited but the booking is not confirmed, guests should contact the Resort with the transaction reference, booking details, date and amount.
Lore Resorts & Conventions shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or inability to provide certain services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
The cancellation conditions applicable to a reservation will be displayed before payment and/or stated in the booking confirmation. The terms applicable to a confirmed reservation will be those accepted at the time of booking, subject to applicable law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
This policy applies to room reservations made directly through the official Lore Resorts & Conventions website, unless different cancellation conditions are clearly displayed for the selected rate or package before payment.
Room reservations cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time are eligible for a 100% refund of the eligible booking amount.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time will attract a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking amount, and no refund will be payable, except where otherwise required by law or approved by authorised Resort management.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without cancellation in accordance with the applicable terms will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the applicable booking amount may be charged.
Certain promotional rates, special-event packages, discounted offers or advance-purchase reservations may be non-refundable or subject to different cancellation conditions. Such conditions will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation and payment.
Requests for changes to booking dates, room category or number of guests are subject to availability and the applicable rates and charges at the time of modification.
Where a refund is approved, Lore Resorts & Conventions will initiate the refund within 7 working days after confirming eligibility.
Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to reflect in the guest's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where payment has been debited but a booking has not been successfully confirmed, or where a duplicate transaction has occurred, guests may contact the Resort with the relevant transaction details for verification and resolution.
Reservations made through online travel agencies or third-party booking partners are subject to the cancellation and refund conditions applicable on the respective platform.

Lore Resorts & Conventions welcomes pets in designated pet-friendly accommodation, subject to prior declaration, availability and confirmation by the Resort. Guests travelling with pets must inform the Resort at the time of booking. Pets must remain under the owner's supervision and control, and guests are responsible for their pet's behaviour, cleanliness and any applicable damage or additional cleaning costs. Pet access to restaurants, swimming pools, event spaces and other common facilities is subject to designated Resort rules. Applicable pet charges, deposits and eligible room categories, where any, will be communicated before confirmation.
To maintain food safety, hygiene and service standards, outside food and beverages, including external food-delivery orders, are generally not permitted within Resort premises without prior approval from authorised Resort management. Guests with medical, infant-feeding, allergy-related, religious or other special dietary requirements are requested to inform the Resort in advance so that suitable arrangements or exceptions may be considered. Outside alcoholic beverages are subject to prior approval, applicable laws and Resort licensing requirements.
Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol are permitted only in accordance with applicable law and the Resort's designated areas and operating policies.
Guests are requested to follow Resort safety instructions, swimming pool and activity rules, fire-safety requirements and reasonable directions from authorised Resort personnel.
